Should I bring a printed copy of my booking confirmation?

 

You do not need to print your confirmation. When you arrive, you can show it on your mobile device.

 

Which tour is best suited for families with children?

 

Our Golden Mile Wine Valley Safari Tour is designed with families in mind, offering a variety of fun and engaging add-on experiences suitable for all ages. Contact us if you have children at your party, and we will happily advise on the best estates and experiences. 

 

Can you book private events or exclusive use of the vehicles?


Yes, we have a range of vehicles available for exclusive hire. This option is great for private events, corporate

Are you open every day?

 

We operate from Monday to Saturday and Sundays on special request. We recommend checking our website for dates and special closures or events.

Which tour do you recommend for first-time visitors?


We recommend the Classic Golden Mile WineSafari Tour for first-time visitors, which offers a fun introductory wine-tasting experience. We recommend the Golden Ticket VIP Tour for those looking for a more comprehensive overview of the best wineries in the valley and some hidden gems.

Are bachelor or bachelorette parties welcome?


Absolutely! We love hosting bachelor and bachelorette parties. Our "Zebra-Trokkie" provides a fun and memorable setting for your celebration.

Do your tours include tasting fees at the wineries?


Our tours include tasting fees, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about additional costs. 

 

Where do your tours depart from?

 

Our tours depart daily from the Montagu Country Hotel at 10:00 and the Four Cousins Restaurant Robertson at 11:00.

Is there parking available near the departure point?


Yes, ample parking is available at our departure points. Your booking confirmation will provide detailed instructions.

Can I bring my food or drinks on the tour?


We ask that guests refrain from bringing food or drinks other than water. Our tours often include stops where guests can enjoy local food and beverages.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before the tour for a full refund. Please refer to our full cancellation policy on our website for more details.

Can I purchase wine while on tour?

Yes, you're welcome to purchase wine while on tour. Please feel free to leave it with our friendly staff until the end of your tour. For larger wine orders, we encourage you to speak to the wineries for direct shipment or our team post-tour to arrange this for you.  

Can you collect me from my accommodation?

 

We endeavor to collect guests from their accommodation where possible. A surcharge may be levied, and custom pickups are subject to availability. 

What is the average duration of your Wine Tours?

 

Our tours are designed as a full-day activity and typically take around 5 to 6 hours. Please contact us for specific timing details.
