Please be ready 10 minutes before pick-up.

No food or beverages may be consumed in our vehicles besides water.

Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated outdoor areas.

Our passengers' safety is our priority; we may refuse a passenger access to our vehicle who is, or becomes, disorderly, abusive, or offensive.

Wine Valley Safari may use any of its extended fleet of vehicles to provide the necessary service and may, when required, use third-party suppliers.

The ticket price includes tastings at three wineries but excludes activities and lunch fees unless stipulated otherwise.

We encourage groups to make reservations at the destination stops to avoid disappointment.

Wine Valley Safari is not responsible for supplier cancellations or service amendments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, a similar service will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received 72 hours before your booked departure date.

3+ days cancellation before arrival 100% refund – this does not apply to group or private bookings

Cancellations received less than 3 days before departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Regrettably, no refunds or discounts are given to no-shows.

Group or private bookings are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy.

Return and Refunds Policy

Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd's services are subject to availability.

In cases of unavailability, Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd makes every effort to rebook/reschedule the service.

Customer Privacy Policy

Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect users' personal information.

For this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or credit cards for online bookings.

Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway.

PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website.

Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details are separate from card details

Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd will store customer details separately from card details entered by the client on PayGate's secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

When presenting payment options to the cardholder, South Africa is the merchant outlet country.

The transaction Currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).

Waiver and Indemnity

By using Wine Valley Safari's services, "The Client" has chosen to participate in the Activity offered by Wine Valley Safari of their own free will.

"The Client" indemnifies Wine Valley Safari, its members, directors, employees, and suppliers against all claims, losses, demands, actions, damages, and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of my acts connected with or arising out of the Activity, whether suffered by "The Client" or any other third party, and "The Client" holds the indemnified party harmless therefrom.

"The Client" understands that the Activity may be inherently dangerous and may create certain risks to persons, resulting in property damage and serious physical injury.

"The Client" further understands that the Indemnified Party, its officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, loss, or liability that may arise from my participation in the Activity.

"The Client" assumes full responsibility for themselves and others in their party for the decision to participate in the Activity and its consequences.

"The Client" do, with this release, agree to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Party, its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from all costs, losses, expenses, damages (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), claims, suits, causes of action or any other liability or responsibility whatsoever, including attorney's fees and related costs, resulting from any injury to any person(s) or damage to property arising out of, or which may in any manner be connected with, said Activity as provided herein.

Force Majeure

Should performance by either party to this contract be interfered with or prevented by an event or condition beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: Acts of God, government authority, disaster, actual or threatened terrorist attack, epidemic, war, public emergency or calamity, fire, civil insurrection, riot, earthquake, flood, labour dispute, strike, the unavailability of any necessary utility, or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible for either party to perform its obligations. Then no party shall be liable to another for delay or failure to perform its obligations, and this contract may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.

Country of Domicile

The laws of South Africa govern this website, and Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Wine Valley Safari Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
